How We Got Here

From a Small Group of Volunteers to a Registered Organisation

2020

A Small Group, One Shared Vision

A group of social workers and volunteers came together with one common goal — to ensure that women from underserved and economically weaker sections of society get equal opportunities to learn, grow, earn and lead. The earliest work was awareness drives, educational support and counselling sessions.

2021

From Outreach to Movement

What started as informal community outreach began to take shape as a sustained programme of work, as more volunteers joined and more communities asked for support.

2022–23

Four Focus Areas Take Shape

Our work organised around four clear pillars — education, livelihood, health and legal awareness — the same four programmes we run today.

2024–25

Deepening Partnerships

Recognising the growing impact of these initiatives, we began building the partnerships and structure needed to expand our reach and formalise the organisation.

Formally Registered as Madhur Mahila Shakti Society

After years of grassroots service, we were officially registered — giving greater strength and structure to a mission that had already been years in the making.

Healthy women build healthy families. Our health and well-being work brings preventive care and honest information directly into the community.

To empower women through education, skill development, health awareness, entrepreneurship, legal literacy, financial inclusion and community participation. We work to create sustainable opportunities that let women become self-reliant, while promoting equality, social justice and inclusive development — building stronger families and healthier societies along the way.

An inclusive, equitable and progressive society where every woman is educated, financially independent, socially respected, digitally empowered and capable of making informed decisions about her own life. Communities where women lead positive change, families thrive with dignity, and the next generation inherits equal opportunity regardless of background.

Six values guide everything we do: empowerment, equality, integrity, compassion, sustainability and collaboration. We believe every woman already carries immense strength — our role is simply to create the opportunities that let her use it, and to do so transparently, honestly, and in genuine partnership with the communities we serve.
